Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a prescription, or a referral from my doctor?
A prescription or a doctor’s referral for physical therapy is not required for you to be seen by a physical therapist in our practice. Call us, inquire, make an appointment
Do you take insurance?

Not exactly, we are and “out-of-network” or “non-participating” provider, which means we don’t directly take insurance. What happens when you see us is you pay upfront, but after each visit we will provide you a superbly, which you can submit to your insurance for “out-of-network” coverage to get reimbursed.

The beauty about being an “out-of-network” provider, our therapists has the freedom to provide you an appropriate and personalized care or treatment that you require in order to achieve your personal goals not just what insurance dictates or limits. We see you as whole person with feelings, with different stressors in life, etc, not just a person with an injury.

Where are you located?
We don’t have a physical location at this time. We currently provide a mobile physical therapy, which means we will meet you at the privacy of your own home, where you feel comfortable. We can also provide a secure video visit platform to help you get to your goals. These options will be discussed to you after the initial visit. Book your 15 -20 min phone call.
How can I prepare for a visit?
Just prepare for a space that gives us room for a massage table, when manual therapy will be performed, and room to perform exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing during the visit that you can move around and be able to perform exercises with no restriction.
